I had another life.
For almost 25 years, I built a career in aerospace and international programs. I traveled the world, worked on some pretty incredible things and built a career I was damn proud of.
And then, at 49, I walked away.
Not because I failed.
Because I realized you can love the life you built and still want a different one.
That realization changed everything.
I wanted more freedom. More adventure. More time with the people I love. More fishing rods and boat days. More mountains and wide-open spaces.
Basically, more LIFE.
Apparently, I also wanted Florida and Colorado because choosing just one felt wildly unnecessary. 😂
Today, I live and sell real estate in both.
And here’s what I’ve learned:
Where you live matters.
Not just the house.
The life that happens around it.
Can you walk out your back door and get on your boat?
Do you want saltwater and flip-flops in February?
Would you rather wake up to mountain views with enough land that seeing your neighbor requires binoculars?
Maybe you want a second home.
An investment property.
A place everyone wants to come visit.
Or maybe you can’t quite explain it yet—you just know you’re craving something different.
That’s where I come in.
I don’t want to know how many bedrooms you need before I know how you want to live.
And yes, I will absolutely talk you out of a house if it doesn’t fit that life.
Probably faster than I’ll talk you into one. 😂
Florida. Colorado. Or somewhere else entirely.
Southwest Florida is my world of saltwater, boating, fishing, sunshine and waterfront living.
Colorado gives me mountains, lakes, acreage, adventure and room to breathe.
I love both.
Refuse to choose.
Zero regrets. 😎
And while those are the two places I personally sell real estate, my network reaches across the country and around the world.
So if your dream isn’t in Florida or Colorado, call me anyway.
I probably know someone.
Because this has never really been about houses for me.
It’s about that bigger question:
What do you want your life to look like?
Maybe the life you have is pretty damn good.
Mine was too.
You don’t have to hate your current life to dream about a different one.
You can be grateful for everything you’ve built and still wonder…
What else is possible?
Move.
Pivot.
Buy the boat.
Find the mountains.
Chase the sunshine.
Build the business.
Buy the investment property.
Or create something that makes absolutely no sense to anyone except you.
It’s your life. You get to define the next chapter.
I had another life.
It was a really good one.
But I’m having a hell of a lot of fun with this one. 😉
If you’re dreaming about Southwest Florida or if Colorado keeps calling, send me a message.
And if you have no freaking clue where you belong yet?
Tell me how you want to live.
We’ll figure out the WHERE from there.
